       My favorite Chinese restaurant is called Cai. I love it because I like the wondrous circumstance and the fancy menus. It is located in South Chinatown near the new and fancy residences and the red line train station. Cai has been serving the community a few years but a lot of people come every morning to have enjoyable breakfast and dinner. When you come to this restaurant, you will want to come back.
      First, Cai has a pretty and bright environment because the light-color walls has various decoration around the restaurant. When you come in, you will see many comfortable chairs and gleaming tables are around it. You can see the floor is clean and shiny around the restaurant. I like to sit near the window because I can enjoy yummy food and I can see sunny weather and red, yellow, and green light traffic are going around outside of the street. As you take a seat, you will hear a lot of noise that people have a loud conversation and soothing clatter around you. Also, you will smell an amazing and tasty food that came from the kitchen.
      The Cai Chinese restaurant has small breakfast menus and big dinner menus. I like the small menu because the small menu is all about the dim sum. Dim sum is a famous and delicious food for Chinese people. I would recommend you to try dim sum at Cai because they have steam soft shrimp dumpling and salty pork dumpling and there are 4 pieces in one order. Also, they have soft and a little bit spicy red chicken feet. The large menus also has many different kinds of dishes. I like ginger onion lobster because it looks yummy and easy to take out from the shell without using your hand. When you get order, you will see the fresh and healthy food are coming to your pretty table. There are many famous food in the Cai Chinese restaurant and you should go and have Chinese food with your friends and family.
